Setup project startup including setting up professional project filing system, inquiring permits, and setting up temporary construction facilities.
Prepare, submit, review and respond to project tehcnical transmittal, submitals, and RFI (Request For Information).
Prepare, submit, review and update project baseline and progress schedules.
Prepare, submit and review project cost budget and forecast.
E. Contract Change Order Estimate and Negotiation
- Review contract plans and specification, identify potential claims and change orders.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for all type of extra work.
- Prepare change order request with all necessary documents.
- Prepare documents and assist in change order negotiations with Owner.
F. Contract Claims and Litigations
- Review contract plans and specifications, attend project site visits and investigations.
- Prepare documentations for project claims.
- Assist company personnel in claims negotiation and litigations through professional guidance and advices,
